Who I am
This website is run by Niral Popat, trading as Hosted by Niral, based in Leicester, United Kingdom. I’m the data controller for anything you send me. Questions? Email info@hostedbynp.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to give me in the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the type, date, venue and size of your event, and your message. If you contact me by WhatsApp, phone or email, I’ll have whatever you send that way too.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry, check my availability, and, if you book, plan and host your event. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (and performing that contract if you book).
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, Inc. (Netlify Forms), which processes them on my behalf and may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. So I can reply quickly, a copy of your enquiry is also sent to my own WhatsApp via the CallMeBot notification service. I never sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. Videos and images are served from this site.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@hostedbynp.com. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office atico.org.uk.
